🗓️ Engagement Process & Timeline

Initial Enquiry & Needs Assessment (Week 1–2)
BLH team visits campus to assess room dimensions, power availability, and curriculum objectives. Scoped proposal with final equipment list and pricing issued within 5 working days of site visit.

Proposal Approval & Purchase Order (Week 2–3)
The institution reviews the proposal, negotiates scope if needed, and issues a purchase order. BLH provides a proforma invoice for institutional procurement process.

Equipment Procurement & Delivery (Week 3–6)
BLH procures equipment from verified vendors with warranty documentation. Delivery timelines depend on equipment availability — typically 3–4 weeks for standard configuration.

Installation, Calibration & Commissioning (Week 6–8)
BLH technicians install and calibrate all instruments. Full commissioning test run before handover. Handover checklist signed by institution representative and BLH project manager.

Faculty Training Workshop (Week 8, post-handover)
2-day hands-on training for up to 8 faculty members conducted on-site using the installed lab. Training certificate issued to all participants.

12-Month Support Period (Month 2–14)
Dedicated technical support contact for the first academic year. Remote troubleshooting, on-site visits for critical issues, and spare parts coordination as needed.
